By accessing, registering, or using the WinPHP platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, fully understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree, please do not use WinPHP.
1. Definitions
Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings defined below when used in reference to the WinPHP platform:
- "WinPHP" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" refers to the WinPHP online gaming platform operated at winphp.best and all associated services.
- "Player" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who has registered a WinPHP account or who accesses the WinPHP platform in any capacity.
- "Account" means the individual registered account held by a player on the WinPHP platform, associated with a unique username, verified mobile number, and payment method.
- "Funds" refers to the Philippine Peso (₱) balance held within a player's WinPHP account wallet, comprising deposited amounts and credited winnings.
- "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins equivalent credits, or matched deposit amounts credited to a player's WinPHP account as part of a promotion, which are subject to separate wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
- "Wagering Requirement" refers to the minimum total bet amount that must be placed using bonus funds before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal from WinPHP.
- "Game" refers to any casino game, slot, live dealer game, sports betting market, or other wagering product available through the WinPHP platform.
2. Eligibility
To register and use a WinPHP account, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:
- You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for gambling in the Philippines and WinPHP enforces it strictly. WinPHP reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend accounts pending verification.
- You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporations, trusts, and other legal entities may not register as players on WinPHP.
- You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law. If you are subject to any legal restriction that would prevent you from entering into contracts, you are not eligible to use WinPHP.
- You must not be a resident of, or accessing WinPHP from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law. WinPHP is operated for use by players in the Philippines.
- You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a WinPHP employee, contractor, or affiliated business partner.
- You must not be on any self-exclusion list maintained by WinPHP or any affiliated gaming operator. Players who have voluntarily self-excluded from WinPHP are not eligible to register a new account during their exclusion period.
Note: WinPHP may require you to submit identity documents at any point to verify your eligibility. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of your WinPHP account and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.
3. Account Registration
When registering a WinPHP account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other details requested during registration or subsequent verification.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one active WinPHP account. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. WinPHP uses automated systems to detect duplicate registrations. If duplicate accounts are identified, all bonus balances will be forfeited and one or all accounts may be permanently closed at WinPHP's discretion.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your WinPHP account credentials. Do not share your password or allow any other person to access your account. WinPHP will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain appropriate security over your login details.
If you suspect that your WinPHP account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify WinPHP support immediately at support@winphp.best so that your account can be secured.
4. Deposits and Payments
WinPHP supports deposits via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, UnionBank Online, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. The available methods displayed in your WinPHP account at the time of deposit are the currently active options.
The minimum deposit amount at WinPHP is ₱100. There is no maximum deposit limit stated in these Terms, although individual payment providers may impose transaction limits. Deposits are credited to your WinPHP account wallet immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider.
All funds deposited into WinPHP must come from a payment source that is legally owned and operated by you. Deposits made using payment methods belonging to a third party are prohibited. WinPHP will reverse such deposits where detected and may close the associated account.
WinPHP only accepts Philippine Peso (₱). All displayed balances, bets, winnings, bonuses, and transaction amounts on the WinPHP platform are denominated in PHP. No currency conversion is applied — what you deposit in ₱ is what appears in your WinPHP wallet.
5. Withdrawals
WinPHP processes withdrawal requests continuously, seven days a week including public holidays. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. There are no WinPHP-imposed withdrawal fees on standard transactions, though your payment provider may charge fees on their end.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit, or to a verified payment method registered to the player's name. WinPHP does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
Before processing your first withdrawal, WinPHP requires completion of identity verification. You will be asked to submit a valid government-issued Philippine ID (such as a PhilSys card, passport, driver's licence, or UMID) and proof of the payment method used. This is a one-time process and is required to comply with anti-money laundering regulations.
- GCash withdrawals typically arrive within 15 minutes of approval.
- Maya and GrabPay withdrawals typically arrive within 30 minutes.
- InstaPay and bank transfers typically arrive within 1–2 hours during banking hours.
- Visa/Mastercard withdrawals may take 3–5 business days depending on your card issuer.
WinPHP reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before releasing large withdrawals. During such checks your withdrawal will be placed in a pending state and WinPHP support will contact you if any additional information is needed.
6. Bonuses and Promotions
WinPHP offers various promotional bonuses including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin equivalents, cashback offers, and event-based promotions tied to Philippine sporting and cultural events. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms in addition to these general Terms and Conditions.
Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, the following standard bonus conditions apply to all WinPHP promotions:
- Wagering Requirement: Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as stated per promotion, typically 20×) before any winnings derived from bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal.
- Game Contribution: Not all games at WinPHP contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Table games such as Baccarat may contribute less. Specific contributions are detailed on each promotion page.
- Bonus Expiry: Bonuses that are not claimed within the stated validity period will expire automatically. Wagering requirements must be met within the bonus validity window.
- One Bonus at a Time: Only one WinPHP bonus may be active in your account at any given time unless a specific promotion states otherwise.
- Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus: Winnings generated solely from bonus funds may be subject to a maximum withdrawal cap as stated in the applicable promotion terms.
Attempting to abuse WinPHP bonuses — including but not limited to placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements, creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, or coordinating with other players — will result in immediate cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings, and possible account suspension.
7. Gameplay Rules
All games available on the WinPHP platform are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By placing a bet on WinPHP, you confirm that you have read and understood the rules of the game you are playing.
WinPHP's gaming outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems for virtual games and by physical dealing or drawing equipment for live games. WinPHP does not manipulate game outcomes and all RTP values are as certified by the game provider.
In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or system error during a game round, the round outcome will be determined based on WinPHP's server-side records, which are considered final. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a fault on WinPHP's side, the bet amount will be refunded to your account. WinPHP is not liable for interrupted game sessions caused by issues on the player's side, including internet connectivity problems.
Sports betting markets at WinPHP are settled in accordance with the official results of the relevant governing body for each sport. In cases of event postponement, cancellation, or walkover, WinPHP's standard settlement rules for that sport will apply as detailed in the Sports Betting rules section of the platform.
8. Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the WinPHP platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:
- Registering or using a WinPHP account if you are under 21 years of age, or on behalf of a person under 21.
- Registering more than one WinPHP account, or assisting another person to register a duplicate account.
- Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with WinPHP games or betting markets.
- Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes in WinPHP's platform for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of known bugs are not valid and will be reversed.
- Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker or coordinated betting in live games.
- Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes for deposits made to WinPHP.
- Money laundering or using WinPHP for any purpose that violates Philippine anti-money laundering laws (Republic Act 9160 as amended).
- Accessing WinPHP using a VPN, proxy, or other technical means to circumvent geographic or account restrictions.
- Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise compromise the security or integrity of the WinPHP platform.
9. Privacy and Data
WinPHP collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at winphp.best/privacy-policy. By registering a WinPHP account, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
WinPHP uses your personal data to manage your account, process transactions, verify your identity, provide customer support, comply with legal obligations, and send you relevant promotional communications where you have opted in. WinPHP does not sell your personal data to third parties.
WinPHP retains transaction and account records for a minimum of five years in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering requirements. You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by WinPHP, subject to our legal retention obligations.
10. Responsible Gaming
WinPHP is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment and should never be seen as a way to generate income or resolve financial problems.

11. Limitation of Liability
WinPHP provides the platform and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While WinPHP makes every reasonable effort to ensure continuous, error-free service, WinPHP does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, WinPHP shall not be liable for:
- Any financial losses arising from the use of the WinPHP platform, including gambling losses.
- Loss of profits, revenue, or opportunity arising from interruptions to the WinPHP service.
- Losses caused by circumstances outside WinPHP's reasonable control, including internet outages, third-party payment provider failures, force majeure events, or regulatory actions.
- Any actions taken by a third party that gains unauthorised access to your WinPHP account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain account security.
Nothing in these Terms limits WinPHP's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
12. Account Suspension and Closure
WinPHP reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without advance notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
- Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
- A valid self-exclusion request by the account holder.
- A legal or regulatory requirement to do so.
- Inactivity — accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. WinPHP will make reasonable attempts to contact dormant account holders before any action is taken on remaining balances.
Where an account is closed for reasons other than a violation (such as player-initiated closure or regulatory reasons), any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method after standard verification procedures.
Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, WinPHP reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Bonus balances are forfeited in all cases of account closure due to Terms violations.
13. Amendments to These Terms
WinPHP may update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, WinPHP will provide notice to registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their WinPHP account, and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the WinPHP platform.
Your continued use of the WinPHP platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must stop using WinPHP and may request account closure by contacting support.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions and any dispute arising from your use of the WinPHP platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
In the event of a dispute between you and WinPHP, we encourage you to contact WinPHP customer support first so that the matter can be resolved informally. WinPHP aims to resolve all player disputes within 5 business days of receipt of a formal complaint.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through WinPHP's internal process, either party may seek resolution through the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies in the Philippines. WinPHP complies with all requirements of its gaming licence regarding dispute resolution and player protection.
